Intense, persistent, and well balanced with a rich and elegant texture. Badarina is a Barolo with aromas of rare elegance and a wide and intense structure. The particular microclimate strongly influenced by a good temperature gap between day and night makes it particularly suitable for long aging.

Game, roasts, and strongly flavored cheeses.
