Bersano Barolo Nirvasco 2011 has a classic with an intense nose with notes of spice and ripe fruit.
Intense ruby red with slight orange reflections.
Rich and lasting with delicate tannins, traces of leather, licorice, and pepper, matched to pleasant notes of withered violet and a hint of prunes.
The grapes come from vineyards in Langhe located on the right side of the River Tanaro. The traditional refinement in Slavonian oak casks and in the bottle guarantees great elegance, harmony, and balance.
Bersano Barolo suits game, red meat, elaborate main courses, truffle, and mature savory cheese. “Large Bordeaux” glass sizes and serving temperature 16/18°. Excellent longevity, over 10 years.
