AROMA:
The nose is elegant, with floral aromas of rose and violet, fruity raspberries and wild strawberries and then jam, vanilla and leather.
COLOUR:
The wine shows a beautiful red with orange reflections increasingly pronounced as it extends the period of aging.
TASTE:
The mouth is dry, warm, robust and very good tannins.
FOOD COMBINATION:
Bagna cauda, truffled dishes, braised in Barolo, hare civet and cheeses.
