The Barolo is rich in perfumes and flavours, mature and gentle tannins. This full-bodied and balanced wine can be enjoyed from its first years. It is the greatest result of the terroir of Verduno. Grapes cultivated in the cru Massara.
The wine is aged 24 months in wooden barrel (10 000 liters) that are between 2 and 15 year old, 50% Slovenian wood and 50% French, followed by 6 months minimum in the bottle.
Game, red meat, meat braised in the same wine and mature cheese. Open two or three hours before serving and decant.
