Cadia Barolo Monvigliero is pleasantly dry in the mouth, with soft, well-balanced tannins with hints of fruit and spices. The maceration on its own skin for approximately 7 –8 days in stainless steeltanks. Aging in stailess steel tanks for 4 months and 36 months in freench oak barriques.
Execellent with roasted or braised meat, game dishes and tasty cheese.
