Casa Baricalino has a a ruby red colour with garnet hints.
TASTE:
Smooth finesse. Soft and balanced with focused tannins. Maceration of the skins in stainless steel tanks, 15 days at a controlled temperature. Aeging in small oak barrel for 24 months, then 12 months in the bottle.
FOOD COMBINATION:
Red meat course, game and hard or matured cheese. Highly recommended with food enriched with truffles.
