AROMA:
Floral wine laced with red fruit, flowers, licorice and spices.
COLOUR:
Typical light red of Nebbiolo.
TASTE:
La Spinetta Barolo Garretti has a density with fleshy fruit, dried cherry and prune. The mouthfeel is round and dense, supported amply by the firm tannins at the back. Garretti is a very honorable little brother of Barolo Campe.
FOOD COMBINATION:
Stewed pheasant, poached eggs with raschera fondue and Alba white truffles.
