AROMA:
Fruity and spicy aroma. Both in the nose and on the palate it presents sensations of small red berries.
COLOUR:
It has a full and deep garnet colour.
TASTE:
Violet and rose, cinnamon and pepper, nutmeg, vanilla and sometimes liquorice, cocoa, tobacco and leather. Already pleasant after four to six years.
FOOD COMBINATION:
Braised and roast red meats, game, dishes served with truffles, hard and mature cheeses. It´s best to open the wine at least two hours before serving to allow it to breathe.
