AROMA:
The nose presents sensations of small red berries and vanilla. It´s complex and the nose change according to the age. Fruity and spicy aroma at the end.
COLOUR:
It has a garnet red colour with orange highlights.
TASTE:
Elegant tast of red berries, mineral and violet. Great balance between tannins and fruit. Complex and intense with a long finish.
FOOD COMBINATION:
Braised and roast red meats, game, dishes served with truffles, hard and mature cheeses. It´s best to open the wine at least two hours before serving to allow it to breathe.
