The Barolo Gramolere Riserva is warm and well-structured in the mouth with vanilla and tobacco well integrated with the sweet, powerful tannins. Traditional-style Barolo, fermented using natural yeasts with long skin contact. Ageing is carried out in tonneaux (500lt and 700lt in size) for 48 to 54 months. Barolo Riserva Gramolere is produced only in the best vintages and made with a selection of the best grapes of the Gramolere vineyard. 1,500 to 2,000 bottles made. When the Riserva is not produced the grapes are used for the regular Gramolere.
