COLOUR:
Deep grenade red with oranged notes that is better highlighted as the years go by.
TASTE:
Complex, harmonious with right balance between fruit, tannin and acidity.
For the Rabino Barolo they use small oak barrels finishing (24 months), it continues his maturation in bigger barrels.
FOOD COMBINATION:
It is excellent with meats, wild games and courses with truffle.
