AROMA:
Fresh nose with hints of floral rose. Purple with pleasant fruity notes of currant and raspberry.
COLOUR:
Red garnet color which tends to orange.
TASTE:
On the palate it´s fruity and lightly tannic. Almost silky with floral notes, fruity and mineral. A proper aging of 5-10 years increases the complexity and form the bouquet.
FOOD COMBINATION:
Substantial second courses of red meat, roast or braised meat, and blue cheese.
