Wood and liquorice stand out on the nose, though the vinous quality of the Nebbiolo grapes persists.
This wine is garnet red with bright orange highlights.
Very soft on the mouth, thanks to the well-balanced tannins and the roundness of the vintage.
Braised and roast red meats, game, dishes served with truffles, hard and mature cheeses. It´s best to open the wine at least two hours before serving to allow it to breathe.
