COLOUR:
Deep ruby-red with garnet tinges.
TASTE:
Austere, full body taste with thin tannins blending harmoniously with the wine structure.
The wine is decanted into oaken barrels from Slavonian with a capacity of 50-60 Hl in which the Barolo matures for 24 months.
FOOD COMBINATION:
Game, red meat, meat braised in the same wine and mature cheese.
