Burlotto Massara Barolo 2011
Characteristic bouquet, ethereal, pleasant and intense.
Garnet red with orangey glints.
Appear on the rich, medium bodied palate and is dry, full, robust, austere, velvety and balanced.
The wine is aged 24 months in wooden barrel (5 000 liters) that are between 2 and 15 year old, 50% Slovenian wood and 50% French, followed by 6 months minimum in the bottle.
Game, red meat, meat braised in the same wine and mature cheese. Open two or three hours before serving and decant.
