An evident perception of good fruit appeals to the nose, dried berry and chocolate fruit with hints of flowers.


A ruby red colour with amaranth reflexes.


Full body with soft silky tannins and a juicy finish. Lots of citrus and berry character.

These grapes come from the area of Ravera in the community of Novello at a height of 400 meters above sea level, the soil is marl - calcareous with a tendency to clayey, with a good permeability. The vineyard has a complete south exposure.


Braised or roasted meats, wild game, seasoned and strong cheeses. To be decanted and served at a temperature of 20° C.
