It has a purple red colour.
Bright red berries and fruits such as currants and wild raspberries and strawberries. Hints of yellow cherries. Elegant with integrated and soft tannins. Long aftertaste.
Braised and roast red meats, game, dishes served with truffles, hard and mature cheeses. It´s best to open the wine at least two hours before serving to allow it to breathe.
