Laficaia Barolo 2013
An aroma that´s subtle, evolved, intense, pervasive and lingering.
Garnet red in colour with orangey nuances.
A warm, full bodied, complex, dry and well-balanced taste. It´s austere nature is determinedby the presence of sweet and complex tannins.
The wine is aged 24 months in wooden barrel (5 000 liters) that are between 2 and 15 year old, 50% Slovenian wood and 50% French, followed by 6 months minimum in the bottle.
Game, red meat, meat braised in the same wine and mature cheese. Open two or three hours before serving and decant.
