Barolo with ethereal, pleasant and intense fragrance which reminds of rose and violet.
It has a deep garnet red colour.
It has a dry, full-bodied, austere but delicate and harmonious taste.
It is made through traditional fermentation and it macerates for 40 days in small concrete casks. Drawn off, decanted twice before Christmas, it matures in big Slovanic, German or French oak casks for 2-4 years. After that it stands in bottles for a few months before it is commercialized.
Ideal with meat, game dishes, rich sauces and aged cheese.
