Alberto Ballarin Barolo Bussia has rich and elegant bouquet with floral notes of rose and violet accompanied by slight hints of sweet spices.
Garnet red color with orange reflections.
In the mouth it is persistent, rich, sweet. Also suitable for aging. Fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks. Aging 26 months in 225 liter French oak barriques. age of vins is 30-40 years.
It´s a wine suitable for aging (fifteen or more years). It is best served at a temperature between sixteen and eighteen degrees and it´s ideal paired with meat, game and mature cheese.
