Grapes comes from vineyards exclusively orientated towards the south, which begin at a height of 250m and go up to 350m. The main component is marl, with minor amounts of clay and sandstone. The high level of carbonates ensures a perfect water balance, which provides for good results even in difficult years. A good balance of minerals such as potassium, phosphorus, calcium and other elements makes for perfect ripening accompanied by a richness of components
