It has an complex aroma. The nose is intense with evident notes of cherry and plum that evolve into hints of tobacco, liquorice and cocoa.
Intense and brilliant garnet-red color, with ruby highlights that over the years tend to orange.
On the palate, it has a pleasantly dry, full and harmonious taste. Full body.
Manual sorting of grapes during the harvest. Stainless steel maceration in controlled temperature for about 20 days. Malolactic fermentation follows in controlled temperature within two months from racking. Aging for 36-48 months, most of which in Slavonian oak.
Aging of about 6 months in bottle before release.
A complex wine but delicate, able to develop in aroma for 10-15 years. Recommended with red meat, mature cheeses.
