The vineyards are within the territory of Castiglione Falletto, within the heart of the Langhe and therefore the Barolo area. Fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature for 10/15 days, successive skin submerged-cap maceration for 20/25 days, successive racking, and malolactic fermentation in small barrels at a controlled temperature, then decanting and aging in new small and second passage wooden barrels for no but two years.
