The Barolo from Eraldo Viberti is amazingly approachable. A little more primary and less developed, it is certainly able to be enjoyed now with its pure, finely tuned crushed red fruits, hints of tar and berries, and ripe, elegant tannins.
Braised and roast red meats, game, dishes served with truffles, hard and mature cheeses. It´s best to open the wine at least two hours before serving to allow it to breathe.
