AROMA:
Opens with aromas of stewed fruit, scorched earth and a whiff of nail varnish.
COLOUR:
Dark ruby red colour with light orange notes.
TASTE:
Extracted palate along with fleshy black cherry. A green note of powdered sage closes the finish. Drink 2018–2026.

Game, red meat, meat braised in the same wine and mature cheese.
