TASTE:
The Barolo Rocchettevino from Eraldo Vibert is elegant, full-bodied wine with good concentration and balance of red fruit, new oak, spice and tannins. Has good potential.
FOOD COMBINATION:
Braised and roast red meats, game, dishes served with truffles, hard and mature cheeses. It´s best to open the wine at least two hours before serving to allow it to breathe.
